GROUP CYCLING RIDES


Spin and Pump It!!!!!!!!

Monday 5:30 PM- 7:00 PM

Spin and Pump It Intervals

This 90 minute class combines cycling and light weights into a fat blasting format.  Each class also includes abdominal breaks during the Cycling .




Spin

Tuesday  5:30 PM-6:30 PM 

Spin

This hour ride will push you with hills, sprints and surges.

Boxing Boot Camp

Wednesday 5:30-7:00 PM

Boxing Boot camp combines it all!!!  Cardio Kickboxing, bag work, weight work, interval training and abdominals.   Push your limits with this fun class!





Spin and Pump It Intervals

Thursday 5:30-6:30 PM

This hour ride will incorporate weights on the bike.  Just like Monday night but only 60 minutes.




Sunday 9 AM Spin. 60 minute ride .


Club Membership and Guidelines

REVOLT INDOOR CYCLING CLUB IS A COMMUNITY BASED MEET UP GROUP OPEN TO INDOOR CYCLING ENTHUSIASTS.   WE PROVIDE AN INEXPENSIVE WAY TO GET A RIDE IN YOUR SCHEDULE AND MEET NEW PEOPLE.   WE ARE NOT A PUBLIC GYM OR SPIN STUDIO.


OUR UNIQUE APPROACH IS PART OF THE MEET UP MODEL ALLOWING INDIVIDUALS TO CONNECT WITH PEOPLE WITH SIMILAR INTERESTS.

Please note, this is not a beginner ride.  Revolt Indoor Cycling Club is open to individuals who are currently intermediate to advanced fitness levels, currently  doing a vigorous cardiovascular program and  living a healthy lifestyle.   We are also open to anyone looking to amp up there current fitness program, with the understanding this is not a beginner workout.  We want your experience to be positive.  If you want to ride with us and are not at that level, we do not want you to get discouraged.    Fitness is a journey!!


Rides are 60 or 90 minutes and include sprints, hills, jumps and lots of interval training.


We  will suggest potential members to try an ride, before applying for membership.   You do not have to commit to any days or times.  Once you are a member, just pop in when you like and enjoy a workout!


All new members must complete a contact information form, and sign our Club Guidelines and Waiver.

 CLASSS DUES:  $7.00 PER RIDE


All class dues, go into a club fund for bike upkeep , maintenance and supplies.
