Revolt Indoor Cycling Club is a Meet Up Group.
We are not a "public" studio or a "spin studio". We are a member led group of cycling enthusiasts who come together to workout.
We are open to anyone who has done spin classes before, or wants to add a Spin class to their existing workout routine. These are not beginner classes. You should already be engaged in a cardiovascular exercise program. Each ride is an intermediate to advanced workout.
WE DO NOT TRAIN IN A CLIMATE CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT. THERE IS NO AIR CONDITIONING,
WE DO PROVIDE FANS FOR AIR CIRCULATION.
WORKING OUT IN THESE CONDITONS CAN ACTUALLY IMPROVE CARDIOVASCULAR FUNCTION AND INCREASE YOUR FITNESS LEVEL. THESE RIDES ARE DESIGNED FOR INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED PARTICIPANTS.
WE DO STATE, THESE CONDITIONS MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS AND YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO WORK AT YOUR OWN PACE AND EVALUATE IF YOU ARE COMFORTABLE, RIDING IN A HOT SETTING.

Indoor Cycling classes are low impact and a great way to supplement your current workout routine.
Indoor cycling burns 10 calories a minute and our interval format will ensure you blast away calories and tone your arms, core and legs.
